These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BBudget (Babylon Budget) mobile application on iOS. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Privacy First: BBudget does not track your activity, does not collect personal financial data, and does not use third-party analytics to monitor your behavior. Your data stays with you.
1. Data Ownership and Management
All data entered into BBudget is stored locally on your device or in your private iCloud storage. We (the developers) do not have access to your financial records.
Delete All Data: You have full control over your information. You can permanently delete all records at any time by using the "Delete all data" button in the App settings.
Backup and Restore: The App provides tools to "Save backup to device" and "Restore from backup file". You are responsible for managing these files and ensuring their security.
Responsibility: We are not liable for data loss resulting from accidental deletion, device failure, or loss of backup files.
2. Financial Disclaimer
BBudget is a tool for personal budgeting and visualization.
The App does not provide professional financial, investment, or tax advice.
All calculations (Income, Expenses, Savings) are based on user input. We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on the App's data.
3. Subscriptions (PRO Version)
Access to advanced features (e.g., unlimited transactions) is provided via Apple In-App Purchases.
Billing: Payments are charged to your Apple ID.
Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refunds: Managed exclusively by Apple Support.
4. Limitation of Liability
BBudget is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.
